Everything is rented with a daily rate.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. This fee is 50% of total charge.
Will my deposit be refunded?

Can I change the date of the event?
Yes, subject to availability.
Is I.D. required to rent from TW8 Event Rentals?
Yes, a valid I.D is required for security of our products.
Do I need to sign a contract?
When do you deliver and pick up?
We deliver between 8:00am-11am. We pick up 30 mins after your event (unless you request the items be picked up next day- next day pick ups- 7:00am-10:00am)
Where do you deliver?
Adams County, Arapahoe County, Boulder County, Broomfield,Denver County, Douglas County, Jefferson County, Weld County.
What about if I need to cancel?
You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:
- 7 days prior: no cancellation fee
- 6 days prior: 25% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)
- 1-5 days prior: 100% of contract total and your deposit will not be refunded
Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest delivery/pickup/setup/arrival time.
Can we pick up at your location?
Yes.
What happens if the rented items are lost or damaged?
The customer assumes responsibility for all items rented from the time of delivery to time of pick up. Please ensure items are secured from theft and protected weather. We charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items.
